Hourly employees are paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. 

Salaried employees are paid semi-monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Employees who have completed 6 months of service and are at least 21 years of age are eligible to enroll in Sargent’s 401k retirement plan. Sargent’s will match your contribution up to 4%.

All employees are entitled to a 10% discount on block and brick, 20% discount on hardgoods and 30% discount on plant materials purchased at Sargent’s (except Gift Cards), provided that merchandise is for the employee’s own personal use.  Purchases made by an employee may not be processed (wrung in cash register in Garden Center or invoiced through Landscape Dept.) by the purchasing employee but processed by a staff member only.

Yes, you can change tax deductions anytime via your ADP app or account.
